MOROCCAN’ ROLL

Get in the groove to enjoy a rich and alluring Moroccan meal. Lydia Gwin will prepare cucumber-tomato salad with preserved lemon-pomegranate vinaigrette topped with feta and pomegranate, chicken tagine with apricot and almonds served over shallot-almond couscous, plus Moroccan orange cake.
