COOKING FRESH – Daytime Class

Spend a dynamic and informative late morning in the kitchen with Lydia Gwin, using fresh produce in season to create exciting dishes. This hands-on class will make an artichoke-lemon-parsley dip with fresh herb crackers, golden beet carpaccio with pickled mustard seeds and white balsamic, roasted salmon with roasted radish and peas and asparagus in a white miso sauce, plus rhubarb-blood orange upside-down cake. #weekday
