Game Day Dips

Description

Super Bowl parties are about good food!!  Gwin’s Tiny Kitchen is whipping up seven different dip offers for your game day experience.

Creamy Whipped Feta is a dip that covers all the notes of salty, creamy, and savory with pops with notes of herbs.

Pistachio Dip is a favorite and fun surprise for new tasters.  It has a creamy bright texture then, followed by the crunch of pistachios.  This savory dip pairs great with veggies, crackers, and cheese.

Morrocan Tahini Dip is for those hummus lovers that need a surprise.  This dip is made of roasted carrots and garlic and then blended with a spice blend of over 20 spices.  It’s then pureed together with tahini to give you a sweet, savory, smokey dip.

Jalapeno Popper Dip takes the work out of jalapeno poppers.  A blend of cream cheese, pimento cheese, jalapeno, and bacon jam to give you a new take on classic game-day food.  This dip will need to be cooked the day of.

Creamy Goat Cheese, Bacon, and Date Dip is a warm dip with a base of goat cheese and cream cheese topped with bacon, honey, nuts, and dates.  This dip packs in the flavor!  

Baked Pizza Dip is a baked dip built in layers of creamy herb ricotta, pizza sauce, and pepperoni and topped with mozzarella cheese.   The dip will need to be baked the day off for the best results.

Carmalized Five Onion Dip is a class onion dip but with all the allium family present.  Shallots, three different onions, and green onions caramelized and blended into a creamy dip base.

Dips will be in an 8oz portion.  They will need to be kept refrigerated until service.

Jalapeno Popper, Goat Cheese-Bacon-Dat Dip, and Baked Pizza Dip will be sold uncooked and ready for the oven.

Dips can be picked up at Vitale Deli’s starting Friday, February 10th, and Saturday the, 11th.  Another pick up can be arranged.  Please note your request when checking out.
