Couples will be in the groove cooking together to create a rich and alluring Moroccan meal. This hands-on class will learn to make mussels with harissa and basil, cucumber-tomato salad with preserved lemon-pomegranate vinaigrette topped with feta and pomegranate, chicken tagine with apricot and almonds served over shallot-almond couscous, plus floating island dessert with Earl Grey infused crème anglaise and citrus caramel, and a Moroccan spiced green tea-gin spritzer.
