For aspiring chefs, children age 7 to 11. Spend three exciting days in the kitchen with Lydia Gwin learning everything about baking pies, quiche, pretzels, pizza rolls, and doughnuts, and discover the difference between ice cream and sorbet. This hands-on class will learn to make pop tarts with homemade jams and glaze, classic quiche, banoffee pie, pizza rolls, pretzels with cheese sauce, yeasted doughnuts, Philadelphia vanilla ice cream, chocolate gelato, strawberry sorbet, homemade waffle cups, hot fudge sauce, and chocolate chip cookies.
