Designed for teens ages 12 to 16. Join Lydia Gwin for a three-day cooking camp exploring international cuisines utilizing various techniques, including lessons on geography, language, and culture. This hands-on class will create breakfast, street food, and sandwiches from around the world, including Belgian waffles, shakshuka, fluffy Japanese pancakes, falafels, currywurst and fries, tacos al pastor, poffertjes with Nutella, beignets, fruit sandos, Vietnamese banh mi, English cucumber tea sandwiches, and more.
