The best way to spend Pi Day in St. Louis on March 14 is by creating a scrumptious variety of English pies with Lydia Gwin. This hands-on class will make flaky and delicious double-crust apple pie, rhubarb pie, a Bakewell tart with almonds and jam, custard pie, plus banoffee pie with bananas and toffee.
