Lydia Gwin shares global flavors to a variety of homemade soft pretzels that combines technique with creativity. This hands-on class will make German soft pretzel sticks with a duo of dips – pickle dip and Dijon-bacon dip, Swedish sugared sweet pretzels, beer brat-cheddar pot pie with a soft pretzel crust, and Mexican stuffed pretzels with roasted jalapeño queso dip.
