If dips and cocktails are high on the priority list, join Lydia Gwin for a lively afternoon in the kitchen making a French 75 and French pear martinis. This hands-on class will create creamy goat cheese-bacon-date dip, Tuscan sausage and bean dip, cranberry-jalapeño Boursin dip, whipped feta dip, and shrimp scampi dip, all served with fresh pita chips, crostini, and crudités.
