Holiday Cookie Box

The holidays are always filled with various cookies, from grandma’s recipe box to a new modern twist. Come join Lydia for a hands-on baking experience to build your cookie box, along with learning tips and tricks for baking cookies! Our cookie box will be filled with a family recipe, Aunt Sally cookie (a molasses spiced cookie with a glazed frosting), Salted Pistachio Shortbread with an orange glaze, Gingerbread Chai Cookie, Red Velvet Crinkle Cookie, Amaretto Biscotti, and Chocolate Peppermint Brownie cookies.
You’ll get to roll up your sleeves and follow along as your chef-instructor guides you through the steps. We recommend appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back. Items in the kitchen can be very sharp and very hot, so please be careful when cooking.
Classes are filled on a first-come basis, and payment must be made at the time of registration. We will be using the Honeybees facility after hours. Doors will be locked by 6 pm.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS MUST BE MADE ONE (1) WEEK BEFORE CLASS TIME.
NO TRANSFERS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLASS.
Cooking classes are like theater tickets: the show must go on, so we encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend.
