FALL BACK ON AUTUMN SALADS

Enjoy roasted broccoli-cauliflower-date-caramelized onion salad with giant couscous and tahini-maple dressing, balsamic roasted beet-carrot-date salad with farro and arugula tossed in honey-balsamic dressing topped with blue cheese crumbles, citrus-fennel salad with avocado and pomegranate-glazed salmon, plus chocolate and caramel sponge pudding with chocolate custard.
