Lydia Gwin has procured fresh ingredients from the farmers market to create a bountiful meal for couples. This hands-on class will make a little gem salad with walnuts and lemon vinaigrette, chilled beet buttermilk soup with pickled shallots and herbs, harissa grilled chicken with roasted poblano served with carrot bulgar pilaf, plus crystallized ginger shortcake with fresh market berries and almond whipped cream.
