Thanksgiving is always my favorite holiday! The food, the company, the day to celebrate what you are thankful for. It is the true test of cooking endurance – a marathon of planning and prepping happening behind the scene weeks and day before all wrapped up as the carving knife slices through the moist juicy turkey.
I have enclosed a little Thanksgiving recipe book of all my go to recipes for this holiday. Favorite include my herb salt brine for the turkey, my cranberry jalapeno dip that is also rolls over into a party sandwich for turkey leftover.
